Fees

The rule for outside builders

Developers and launchpads outside Gully Labs that build on Gully Core pay Gully 0.30% of every trade, and nothing else, on every pool they create:

  • DEX pools
  • hook pools
  • stock markets
  • coins launched through the launch kit on your own launchpad

Gully takes no kit split on your launches and no share of creator tax. You and your creators share the rest as your launchpad sets.

The fee controller enforces this on the shared core. It is taken from the swap input on top of the LP fee, so liquidity providers keep their whole fee.

How the fee can change

  • The core's cap is 0.40% per direction. No setting goes above it.
  • The governance Safe can lower the fee at once, for new pools or for one pool.
  • Any raise waits out a public notice and stays under the cap.
  • A pool's fee is stored when the pool is created, so pools that existed before keep the fee they were born with until the Safe changes that pool.
  • Collected fees are paid to the chain's governance Safe by a call anyone may make. It has no other destination.

One-off action fees

Some utilities (creating a site, locks, airdrops, team splits, vault creation) carry their own contract-enforced one-off fees, each with an immutable cap. They are read from the contract on each chain. The app shows the exact amount before you sign.

Read it from the chain

The deployed fee controller on each chain is in Contracts (feeControllerV5). The gullycore fees command reads what a chain charges today beside this rule.
